In 1964 a team of Pewtersmiths applied for a patent, which subsequently expired in 1989. During that period they produced many unique house wear items as different as each artist were their designs.
This sugar and creamer was designed and executed by one of the partners, Daalderop. This is an absolutely beautiful pewter rounded shape, satin finish set from Royal Holland Daalderop KMD Pewter, in its original box plus tags in such nice condition.
I hope the various photos show the wonderful condition this is in! No dents and tiny wear surface scratches as denotes gentle use. The sugar bowl with cover measures approximately 4-3/4 inches High and 5 inches long including handles. The creamer stands 3 1/4" high and is directly proportionate to the bowl size. The lid simply pushes on. Both pieces have the Royal Holland logo imprinted on the bottom.
The pair are in really good condition overall, the pewter shines up well and has developed a lovely aged patina.
A lovely set which is ready to be used and enjoyed again and again!
