If you desire to boat other lakes the cost to move the boat to Shuswab lake would be aprox $600 both ways, Kalamalka lake would be approximately. $400 both ways. I have not moved it being there is so much to do on Okanagan lake, but in a few years I plan to begin boating other lakes in the area. 5.0 HOW FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP WORKS : .1 Initial Price : The cost to purchase 50% of the boat is $29, 000. This would give you 50% ownership on the title of the boat. .2 Annual Maintenance Operating Costs : Current maintenance cost annually is : -Moorage : $1500 per year -Removal from water, winterizing and cover with Tarp, de-winterize and return to water $800 yr -Insurance : $400 annually -Repairs and Misc maintenance in 201 were $400. This would be on the low end, but being the vessel has low hrs on it I think it would be a good estimate for the next five years then I would increase it to $700 a year. -Upgrades are only carried out if both parties agree.
