GIBSON T-35 Acoustic-Electric - $1495 in Kelowna, British Columbia for sale

I bought this guitar in June 2013 from Wentworth Songs. It has actually been played, but has no indications of wear. It has been properly set up with really low activity. Due to the fact that I have an opportunity to update to a Martin D18 Golden Era and need to produce the $$$$, the only reason I am selling is. It has an LR Baggs Aspect pickup and a Gibson Hard case.
