The process is different for each type of media The transfers take place in real time if the tape is 1 hour long it takes one hour to process and if it is two hours long it takes two hours etc. Finalizing the DVD so it will play on any DVD player and labeling and packaging run another 10 minutes per DVD
If they are older VHS tapes with color loss and tracking issues I run them through S-VHS decks that provide 400 lines of resolution and have time base correction to fix the tracking issues and then pass the signal through AVT tools 8710 Video stabilizer that improves the color, contrast, sharpness, tint. luminance level and rebuilds the image in real time frame by frame.
