Sofa with matching chair are in good condition.
Duel Reclining Sofa has some tears between the cushions (see picture) and a small tear on back and functioning mechanism.
Chair is in great condition and functioning mechanism.

Purchased in 2008 from Ashley Furniture for 3300.00
Bought a sectional recently and have no room left in our home.
