22 FT. SHAMROCK WALKAROUND in Kelowna, British Columbia for sale

Hi quality 22 ft. Shamrock Walkaround. This is a 1999 model - all Shamrocks were great boats until 2003 when Shamrock was sold to Palmer Marine, at which time they started building very suspect quality boats. This Shamrock is is an inboard 325 HP, GM 350 fresh water cooled shaft drive - no high maintenance , less to worry about !! Thie boat is equipped with Garmin colour GPS, VHF Radio, colour Fishfinder, new long arm Scotty downriggers, drippless shaft seal, rear bench seat for two which drops down or removes easily, galvanized trailer built for this boat. The boat has been recently serviced. This boat is heavy and goes through a 3 ft. chop effortlessly without being bounced around. It has a nice flare to the bow so rides nice and dry. The berth is comfortable for 2 people and there is a porta-potty. We are the third owners of this boat. The original owner sold it when in his late 80's .... he just used it for fishing. Most of the engine hrs. were put on by this owner @ 3.5 knots. The next owner had the boat for 1 year and at 84 felt it was too much effort launching, etc. We bought it 1 year ago and had a mechanical survey & hull survey - the boat is PERFECT in every way - we have changed all the fluids, belts, etc. in the main engine and have recently had an oil change on the kicker. The 8 HP Yamaha kicker is a 2007 and also has an electric hydraulic remote control for steering. This is a no excuse High Quality SEA boat.
